Why we exist

They haven’t heard because the message can’t reach them.

Ministries have already made Bibles, films and children’s programs in thousands of languages. The hard part is getting them to the people below. VSI closes that gap with technology that already exists: satellites, solar power and ordinary phones.

Roman Road 3.0

Using roads that are already built.

Rome’s roads carried the first missionaries across the ancient world. We call our work Roman Road 3.0 because today’s roads are already built: satellites in orbit, low-cost solar panels and a phone in almost every pocket. Here is how one message travels from space to a village.

Before the trip, a missionary uses BibleTransfer123 to load a library in the local language onto their phone. In the village they share it phone to phone, and everyone who receives it can pass it on.
