Stronger together
VillageServer is built on relationships — with field ministries, Scripture providers, and technology partners who multiply what any single initiative can do on its own. Click any partner below to learn more.
Each partner fills a specific gap. Click a card to read about who they are, what they bring, and how VillageServer works with them.

Project Bible Runners
Field deployment partner & founding ministry
Field MinistryProject Bible Runners is the founding field ministry behind VillageServer. Founded by Jess Sweitzer, Bible Runners exists to get God's Word into the hands of people who have never held a Bible — whether that means hiking into a remote village, organizing community screenings, or equipping local leaders to carry the work forward long after the team leaves.
Jess leads the field side: building relationships in communities, coordinating deployments, and making sure the technology the VillageServer team builds is actually useful to real people in real settings. Her feedback from the field directly shapes the kit design and training materials.
What Bible Runners brings: trusted community relationships, field leadership, spiritual oversight, and the boots-on-the-ground experience that keeps VillageServer grounded in the actual mission — not just the technology.

Content PartnerThe Digital Bible Society provides the Scripture content that lives on every VillageServer language card. DBS has spent years building curated digital Bible libraries — text, audio, and video — in hundreds of languages, formatted specifically for offline devices.
Rather than VillageServer building its own content library from scratch, we use DBS's pre-built ZIM packages which include full Bible text, dramatised audio recordings, and the Jesus Film Project video library in the relevant language. This means a field kit is ready to use the moment it arrives — the content is already loaded, licensed, and tested.
What DBS brings: hundreds of offline-ready language libraries, established relationships with Bible translation organizations worldwide, and licensing that allows free distribution in field settings.
